DRESS CODE
The Holy Cross Dress Code is designed to
strengthen and reinforce our values as a Christian school. Uniforms
discourage the temptation to use clothing as a status symbol. Uniforms also
promote a feeling of unity among students and have been shown to improve the
learning environment.

We are delighted to have Parker Uniforms and Lands’ End
Uniforms as our uniform suppliers. Parker carries all uniform items

and the fleece jacket.

Teacher Fellowship as a service to our families. Used uniforms that are in
good condition are sold, usually at ½ price.

Only school approved uniform items may be worn inside
the building. This includes outerwear. For this reason, all
students must have a uniform jacket or sweater.
¨
All 5th and 6th graders will dress out for PE. The PE uniform
consists of navy athletic shorts and gray T-shirts with the Holy Cross
logo. These items are available through the school. Athletic
tennis shoes and white socks are required.
¨
Occasionally there will be “out of uniform” days. You must
comply with the guidelines given for those days when out of uniform.
¨
The official uniform is to be worn on special occasions and
when performing or visiting in the community. Each student should have
at least one complete official uniform that is in good repair.
Teachers will notify you when the official uniform is required.
